Genkai Iki
barrel aged barley shochu, mellow flavor

Kakushigura
oak barrel aged barley shochu, oak fragrance, mild earthy flavor, similar to a subtle Lowlands whiskey

Toyonaga
”land of plenty” rice shochu, smooth with subtle fruit and floral flavors

Shimauta
rice shochu or “awamori” from the island of Okinawa.  medium dry taste; great beginner awamori
